摘要
介绍飞机表面划痕非接触测量的激光三角扫描法。在分析被测表面散、反射特性的基础上给出了激光三角测头正确放置方式和提出改善测量精度的测头姿态调整法和表面喷涂法。实验证明了上述方法的可行性。测量系统具有非接触测量、工作距离大、测量范围宽、精度高、结构简单、成本较低的特点。
In this paper a laser triangulation scanning method for the non-contact measurement of scratches on aircraft skins and aircraft window surfaces is described. According to analyses of the diffusing and reflecting properties about the measurcd surface, the correct setting of the laser triangulation probe is given. The adjusting posture of probe method and the spraying surface method have been developed to improve the measuring accuracy. The measurement system is characterized by long working distance, wide measuring range, high measuring accuracy, simple structure as well as low cost. The experimental results are given.
