2型糖尿病患者心率变异度影响因素分析

Influential factors of heart rate variability in type 2 diabetic patients

目的研究影响糖尿病(DM)心率变异度(HRV)的相关因素。方法(1)对101名2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和43名正常人进行HRV分析。(2)单因素和多因素分析DM患者的病程、年龄、性别、BMI、糖脂代谢指标、24小时尿白蛋白(24hUAlb)、DM周围神经病变(DPN)等对HRV的影响。结果(1)DM的HRV值均低于正常人(P<0.01)。(2)DM的HRV下降与年龄、性别、FPG、24hUAlb及周围神经病变有关。结论女性、年龄大、FPG及合并糖尿病肾病、周围神经病变的DM患者,HRV下降明显。

Objective To study influential factors of heart rate variability （HRV） in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods （1） HRV was analyzed in 101 diabetic patients and 43 normal persons. （2） The relationship between HRV and various factors were investigated. Results （1）The HRV in diabetic patients was significantly lower than that in normal persons （P〈0.01）. （2）Reduced HRV was correlated with age, sex, FBG,24 hours of microalbuminuria and peripheral neuropathy. Conclusions The female and old diabetic patient with higher fasting blood glucose, diabetic nephropathy and neuropathy may have a reduced HRV.
