激光焊接中的等离子体振荡 被引量:1

摘要 在激光焊时发现存在等离子体光辐射振荡,频率约为1kHz。说明在激光焊接过程中等离子体有产生一熄灭的过程。研究结果为设计激光焊接质量监测装置提供了有益的数据。 Studies on the perioldical behaviour of light emissions created by the plasma induced in laser welding were carried out in this paper. It was found that under our experimental conditions plasma fluctuation frequency was about 1. 3kHz. These results gave beneficial data for designini on-line laser welding quality monitoring system.
