中国建筑师的职业化现实

Reality of the Architectural Profession in China

本期《时代建筑》杂志聚焦“中国建筑师的职业化现实,一方面在关注学术性建筑师的同时把目光投向庞大的职业建筑师群体及其职业现实,另一方面关注入世保护期结束后中国建筑师的执业境遇，中国的注册建筑师制度在1995年开始推行,第一批注册建筑师1997年开始执业。从200年到2006年底中国八世的5年保护期里，政府一方面积极推行设计企业的体制改革另一方面大力发展民营，专业设计事务所，以与国外的体制相对应，一大批民营设计事务所应运而生，生机勃勃。2007年开始在资质，招投标、方案设计等方面、内、外建筑设计机构将全面接轨。

The focus of this issue is the reality of the profession in China.Two motivations helped produce this topic： one is the concern for the professional cohort and their practice as counterbalance to star architects＇ exposure：the other is that the frye-year phase-in period since China joined the WTO has now expired.The Architect registration system in China started in 1995, and the first group of registered architects has practiced since 1997. From 2001 to 2006, duingthe transitional period, the authorities continued to promote system reform and encourage the deeetopment of pdvate professional design firms practicing at the international level.
