高校学生公寓物业管理作为一个新型的物业管理领域,现阶段仍未制度化、规范化。针对我国高校学生公寓物业管理的特殊性,认为单纯引入外来物业管理公司进行管理必然存在弊端,只有建立符合我国高校学生公寓管理和谐的服务体系,才能在真正意义上管好学校、管好学生。

Because of the unique characteristics of student dormitory management, bringing in outside management definitely has some disadvantages. Only when a harmonious service system is built up, the schools as well as the students can be well managed.
