摘要
高校学生公寓物业管理作为一个新型的物业管理领域,现阶段仍未制度化、规范化。针对我国高校学生公寓物业管理的特殊性,认为单纯引入外来物业管理公司进行管理必然存在弊端,只有建立符合我国高校学生公寓管理和谐的服务体系,才能在真正意义上管好学校、管好学生。
As a new kind of real estate management, the management of student dormitories in colleges and universities has not been. systemized and standardized. Because of the unique characteristics of student dormitory management, bringing in outside management definitely has some disadvantages. Only when a harmonious service system is built up, the schools as well as the students can be well managed.
