摘要
黑化集团公司新扩建生物污水处理,采用的是生物膜法改进型生物脱氮工艺(现已建成大部分),经哈尔滨建筑大学模拟实验,完全可达到最新的国家工业水污染物排放标准GBl3458-92,投产后,必将减轻对嫩江的污染,具有较大的社会效益和环保效益。
With regard to the newly extended biological sewage treatment of Heilongjiang Chemical Plant Co., Ltd.,it adopts biological film process modified biological denitrification process, via simulation experiment done by Harbin Construcation College, it can completely reach the up - to - date State Industrial Water Pollutant Effulent Standard（GB13458 -92） . After put into operation, it will abate the pollution to Nenjiang River certainly, and obtain the higher social benefit and environment protection benefit.
