摘要
铅污染对黄瓜幼苗根系活力的影响试验结果表明:低浓度铅(≤100mg/L)处理使根系活力呈现先增后降的趋势,中、高浓度铅(≥300mg/L)处理使根系活力呈显著下降的趋势,且浓度越高,下降幅度越大.
The effect of lead (Pb^2+) pollution on root activity of cucumber seedlings was investigated . The results showed that the root activity appeared an increase and then a decrease trend in low concentration treatment of Pb^2+ (≤100 mg/L) ; the root activity appeared an obvious descending trend in middle and high concentration treatment of Pb^2+ (≥300 mg/L), and descending extent increased with concentration of Pb^2+ increase .
