摘要
介绍了依据中间相理论,通过从实验室热转化筛选原料、中型模拟工艺条件试验、工业放大,到建成生产装置等几个环节的研究过程,证明RIPP开发的石油针状焦生产技术是成熟的,焦炭质量的测试方法也是可行的。
On the basis of mesophase formation theory, the research and development procedure from evaluation of feedstocks by laboratory thermal conversion, process operating condition simulation in pilot plant, conimercial scale-up to operating units were introduced. It is proved that RIPP's needle coke production technology is mature and coke quality test method is reliable.
