Standard operation processes important significance to locale safe controlling, but the traditional method of writing in paper is short of valid surveillance. PDA - SOMS is mentioned in this article, also its systematic architectonics and realization, main functions and applications of the system. PDA - SOMS can highly advances the management level of locale standard operating.
