摘要
提出“时空”协调管理与控制的概念,结合项目过程进行分析,阐述其在电力建设工程项目的管理中积的极作用。
The concept and application of Space-time coordinating management and control of power construction project is suggested. And the concept is analyzed combining with actual project progress, then the positive effects in the power construction project management is concluded too.
