The project occupational safety and health is an important link in the design work. The contents of occupational safety and health should be included into each design stage. Only when the occupational safety and health facilities have been engineered, constructed and started-up simultaneously with those of the project itself,can the safety production in petrochemical enterprises be guaranteed.
