摘要
通过25 kg真空感应炉熔炼,锻造开坯,1050~850℃热轧至1 mm,650℃温轧至0.3 mm,再冷轧成0.05 mm高硅钢(%:0.02C、6.56Si、0.14Mn、0.013P、0.004S、0.02Al)薄板。冷轧板经过1 200℃1.5 h真空退火后,得到无取向硅钢。与普通取向硅钢相比,在0.07 T,20 kHz的高硅钢薄板铁损降低14.7%,30 kHz的铁损降低19.7%,40 kHz的铁损降低28.1%;该钢是一种优良的软磁材料,在冷轧后的强度达1 480 MPa。
The manufacture process of sheet of high silicon steel 0. 02C, 6. 56Si, 0. 14Mn, 0. O13P, 0. 004S, 0. 02Al was melting by 25 kg vacuum induction furnace, forging breakdown, hot rolling to 1 mm at 1 050 - 850 ℃, warm rolling to 0. 3 mm at 650 ℃, and cold rolling to 0. 05 mm. The non-oriented silicon steel was got by vacuum annealing of the cold rolled sheet at 1 200 ℃ for 1.5 h. Compared with conventional oriented silicon steel, the iron loss of high silicon steel sheet decreased by 14. 7% with 0. 07 T and 20 kHz, by 19. 7% with 30 kHz and by 28. 1% with 40 kHz, it is an excellent soft magnetic material. The tensile strength of the steel sheet cold rolled was up to 1 480 MPa.
