石横特钢65 t Consteel EBT EAF-LF-CC流程生产焊线钢H11Mn2SiA的工艺实践

摘要 采用60%铁水+优质废钢,Comteel电弧炉偏心底炉出钢留渣作业,控制出钢终点[C]0.035%~0.050%、出钢[P]≤0.012%;LF用低碱度渣精炼,喂硅钙线,LF精炼后软吹氩15 min;150 mm×150 mm方坯连铸时,采用全保护自动控制浇铸和结晶器、铸坯凝固末端电磁搅拌,使所生产的H11Mn2SiA焊线钢(%:0.06~6.09C、0.82~1.00Si、1.45~1.70Mn)的平均氧含量为20×10^(-6),Φ5.5 mm盘条不经热处理可直接冷拔至Φ1.0 mm不断丝。 With using 60% hot metal + quality scrap charge, Consteel EAF eccentric bottom tapping operation, controlling tapping end [ C] 0. 035% - 0. 050% and tapping [ P] ≤0. 012%, LF refining by low basicity slag, feeding sili- con wire, soft blown argon for 15 min after LF refining and fully shielding auto control casting 150 mm × 150 mm billet in whole period, the average oxygen content in steel H11Mn2SiA (0. 06 - 0. 09C, 0. 82 -1.00Si, 1.45 - 1.70Mn) for weld- ing wire was 20 × 10 ^-6, of which the Ф5.5 mm wire rods could be direct drawn to Ф1. 0 mm wire without by heat treatment and no-broken wire occurred.
