山西电大是运用现代远程教育技术手段进行大众教育的远程开放大学。我们要根据教育部和中央电大对电大系统的性质定位和功能定位,加强系统建设,认真思考发展举措,推动山西电大事业的持续发展。
TV University is open distance university that carries out the mass education by using the means of modern distance education technology. We must pinpoint the quality and function location of TV University system according to Central TV Radio and University and the Ministry of Education, strengthen the system construction, and promote the sustained development of Shanxi TV University cause by thinking conscientiously the development moves.
