摘要
引入了生态效率的概念,定义了钛白粉生产的生态效率指标——资源效率、能源效率和环境效率。以产业生态学意义上的“产品”概念为基础,通过工业代谢分析建立了某钛白粉生产企业的物料衡算表,分析了该企业的生态效率现状。对计算结果的讨论表明,回收利用生产过程中的尾矿等废弃物是提高硫酸法钛白粉生产的生态效率、降低生产过程的环境负荷的重要途径之一。
The concept of eco-efficiancy is introduced, and three indicators for the eco-efficiency of titanium white production are defined, i.e., resources efficiency, energy efficiency and waste efficiency. Based on the concept of "product" from the industrial ecological point of view, the input-output balance sheet of a titanium white plant is worked out via industrial metabolism to analyze the eco-efficiency of the plant. According to discussion on the calculation result, it is found that reusing of the wastes, e.g., railings from the production process is an important way to improve the eco-efficiency of the soleplate process and reduce the environmental loading of titanium white production plant.
