对高校《就业指导》课程建设若干问题的思考

Thoughts on the Course Reform of “Employment Counsel” for University Students

随着高校的扩招,我国大学毕业生的数量每年在增加,就业形势严峻,就业压力也不断加大。如何提高大学毕业生的就业竞争力,加大对毕业生的就业教育和指导,试图对高校的就业指导课程的改革与建设进行深入的思考,提出课程改革的方向,并对谊课程的建设进行了探索。

With the enlarged enrollment of universities, the graduate population of our country is growing year by year. The situation for employment is pressing. This paper gives some advice to university graduates on how to improve their competitiveness for employment. Meanwhile, it gives much food for thought on the course reform of ＂employment counsel＂ at colleges and universities.
