文中从社会中介组织的产生背景、现实基础、法理基础入手,探讨了社会中介组织的产生机理,并在此基础上分析了社会中介组织的法律属性,即社会中介组织与经济法存在内在的一致性,它是经济法不可或缺的重要主体,应当属于经济法的第三类主体:特殊法人。

This paper begins with the background of social intermediary organizations, their fundament and their doctrina, explores its causing mechanism and then analyses its doctrina i. e. the inner conformity between social intermediary organizations and economic law. The organizations are the indispensable body of economic law. They belong to the third kind of bodies in economic law, namely, particular legal person.
