Deepening the reforms of higher education system and the shift of way of employment for graduates leads to the increasing importance of professional plan for college students. From the views of the definition of professional plan for college students and its significance to employment for college graduates and social development, this thesis analyses the status - quo of the plan, especially the occupational values of college students, and proposes some efficient countermeasures and advice.
