摘要
工程造价控制与管理贯穿于项目建设全过程,即项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段、结算阶段。要想有效地控制工程造价,就必须对影响项目造价的各个阶段进行全过程全面地控制。廊坊供电公司在淑阳220kV输变电工程中,实行了工程造价全过程控制和管理,实现了项目投资效益和社会效益最大化。
Cost control and management run through whole project which include decision-making stage, design stage, biding stage, construction stage and settlement stage, thus there had been necessary to control costs of every stage in construction project. The cost control and management methods were implied in whole process of Shuyang 220 kV transmission/transformation project in this paper which had achieved maximum benefit both of project investment and society.
