摘要 唐山热电公司老机组凝结器管材是HSn70-1A黄铜管,新机组凝结器管材为TP316L不锈钢管,循环水补充水主要为地表水。针对以上凝结器运行特点,采取对老机组循环水定期投加铜缓蚀剂,以减少铜管腐蚀泄漏,对新机组冲击性交替加入氧化性和非氧化性杀菌剂,加强杀菌处理。运行实践证明采取的措施对凝结器的安全运行起到了明显的作用。 Condensate tubing of old units in Tangshan Cogeneration Power Plant was made of HSn70-1A brass and that of new units was made of TP316L stress. Circulating makeup water was mainly taken from surface water, so copper corrosion inhibitors were put into circulation water of old units at regular intervals to reduce leakage due to copper tube corrosion. According to new units, oxidized and inoxidized bactericides were put into circulating water by turns to enhance sterilization treatment. Practical operation implied that the optimization improved safe operation of condensate.
