摘要
根据我国现行能源发展战略和水资源的矛盾状况,提出了在富煤缺水地区进行电力规划设计时,应把节水作为电厂规划设计的第一要素。较详细地分析了节水型电站设计的各种因素。
Regarding to the contradictory situation between existing power development strategy and water resources in China, the author declared that we should consider water-saving as a priority issue when designing a power plant,at the area where is rich in coal but lack of water. All kinds of factors in designing a water-saving model power plant are analyzed.
