学校体育对学生心理健康具有较大的促进作用。在体育教学中应促使教师观念与时俱进,树立生理、心理、社会三维体育观,以“健康第一”为主导思想;加强校园体育文化建设;面向全体学生开展心理健康教育,预防心理疾病;要讲求体育运动的适度性,促进学生身心全面发展。

This thesis explains the connotation of the metal health and elaborates the school PE＇s big promotion to the student＇s mental health. During the progress of school P. E. , teachers should change their mind and accept new ideas ; strengthen the sports cultural construction of the campus ; face to all the students and put the development at the first. Meanwhile physical exercises should be appropriate.
