摘要
现代科技日新月异,带动着社会步伐不断地高速向前,在人们享受进步带来的惊喜后,也带来了各种压力,身体形态是其中之一,采用科学方法加以训练,塑造、促成人的外在健美是完全可行的。本文试图从多个角度探讨形体训练方法,以达到人的形态完善程度。
The dramatic changes of science and technology push the wheel of society forward at an increasingly greater speed. While people enjoy the happy life brought about the social progress, they are also confronted with various pressures, including the pressure our body bears. Body exercise is one of the ways to relieve people of the pressures. With scientific training, it is plausible for people to maintain a well-balanced body, adopt graceful and elegant behaviors, cultivate healthy and youthful temperament and enjoy a perfect external beauty. This paper explores some methods of exercising one's body to gain perfect figure from different angles.
