摘要
针对坦克炮控系统器件性能离散性大、温漂严重、实现现代控制算法困难等问题,采用DSP为控制核心,嵌入机内测试单元(BIT)和相应的外围电路,在现有系统各项指标参数的约束下实现某型坦克炮控系统数字化改造。在此基础上,引入随机最优控制算法和浮动基准坐标轴的系统设计方法,实现系统稳定精度、跟踪精度和火炮射角装定精度同时提高。为该型坦克全车数字化和在线故障诊断提供了底层支持。
Aimed at the problems of gun control system of tank, such as discrete parts of an apparatus, excursion caused by temperature and difficulty with realization of modern control arithmetic, this paper realizes the digitization of gun control system which is centered around the DSP assisted with BIT cell and peripheral circuit based on the restriction of targets in current system;On the basic of that, Stochastic Optimal Control and floating fiducial axis are brought in so that it has sound stabilization precision, tracking precision and loading precision, which is provided shore for digitization of tank and on-line fault diagnosis.
