社会主义和谐新农村文化建设探析

Analysis of the cultural construction of a new harmonious socialist countryside

从文化建设在构建社会主义和谐新农村的关键性作用出发,对当前农村文化建设面临的政府重视和现实状况的冲突、政策运行的机制性制约、文化传统的惯性、外来文化的强劲冲击及文化消费的当前性和农村文化建设的前瞻性之间的矛盾等进行了分析,提出新时期加强农村文化建设,促进和谐新农村发展要着重从精神文化层面、物质文化层面和制度文化层面作为努力方向。

Based on the crucial role of the cultural construction in building a newharmonious socialist new countryside, this paper analyses the contradictions in the present rural cultural construction such as the conflicts between the attention the government has paid and the actual conditions, the policy operation mechanism constraints, the inertia of the cultural tradition, the strong impact of foreign culture, the contradiction between current cultural consumption and forward-looking of the cultural construction in rural areas. It is proposed that in the process of strengthening cultural construction in rural areas and promoting a new harmonious rural development, we should make efforts to emphasize the spiritual culture level, material culture level and system level, which is regarded as a basic cultural direction.
