摘要
采用静态挂片和SEM方法,考察了亚磷酸三苯酯在环烷酸腐蚀体系中的缓蚀性能。结果表明,亚磷酸三苯酯具有很好的缓蚀性能,它可以在金属表面形成致密的膜,该膜在不添加缓蚀剂的情况下,在环烷酸中可以保持48h左右的耐腐蚀性能;利用扩散方程描述了膜在环烷酸中的溶解过程,并求得了相应的扩散系数(D)为1.05×10-4m2/s。
The corrosive inhibition performance of triphenyl phosphite in naphthenic acid system was investigated by static strip weight-loss method and SEM technique. The test results showed that triphenyl phosphite provided excellent inhibition function in naphthenic acid corrosion system by forming a fine protected film on the metal surface. Said film could effectively suppress the corrosion of metal by naphthenic acid for 48 h without adding fresh corrosion inhibitor. The dissolution of film in naphthenic acid was discussed by diffusion equation,and a diffusion coefficient of 1.05×10^-4 m^2/s was obtained.
