摘要
目的了解养老机构内年龄≥60岁的老年人抑郁情绪的发生情况及生活满意度状况,探讨机构养老环境下老年人抑郁情绪的影响因素。方法采用老年抑郁量表(GDS)及自行编制的一般资料调查表,对379名居住在广州市省级养老院中的老年人进行问卷调查。结果居住在广州市省级养老院中的老年人抑郁情绪的发生率为38.5%,GDS得分为(9.88±6.63)分。老年人总体生活满意度水平较高,生活满意度低的老年人抑郁情绪发生率较高。结论机构养老老年人的心理健康问题应引起社会各界的关注,健康状况、有无兴趣爱好、经济条件、生活自理状况等为养老机构内老年人抑郁发生的主要影响因素。
Objective To investigate depression and life satisfaction among residents aged 60 or above in geriatric nursing home and explore major related factors. Methods Geriatric Depression Scale （GDS） and self-designed questionnaire were applied to investigate 379 aged people in nursing home. Results 38.5% of the clients suffered depression at different degrees. The average score of GDS was （9.88±6.63）. The general life satisfaction of the aged people in the nursing home was relatively high and the relationship between the rate of depression and life satisfaction was significandy positive. Conclusion The mental health problem of residents in nursing homes should be give enough attention. The main factors related to depression include health status, hobbies, economic conditions and self-care ability.
