摘要
目的了解护士长的沟通能力,为制定有效的护士长培训方案提供依据。方法采用《沟通能力自测量表》对某院19名护士长及护士长助理进行测试、分析、统计。结果2名护士长沟通能力较差,16名护士长中等,1名护士长较好。调查对象在沟通过程中的诚信度、控制问题能力及不良信息控制上有明显缺陷。结论护士长的沟通能力有待于进一步提高和培养,管理层要有充分的认识和足够的重视。
Objective To understand communicating ability of head nurses for the purpose of working out a training scheme for head nurses. Methods Scale for Communicating Ability was adopted to investigate 19 head nurses and assistant head nurses and the resuits were statistically analyzed. Results 2 head nurses were found to have poor communicating ability, 16 others were in the medial level and only one was better. There were marked defects in trust through communicating process, ability to solve problems and the control of harmful information. Conclusion The communicating ability of head nurses needs to be improved, which should be recognized and emphasized by the administrators.
