目的探讨隐性护理知识在临床护理工作中的共享方法。方法先将隐性护理知识社会化、外化、组合、内化使其显性化;再通过建立科室内部隐性护理知识的共享机制,科室组织活动,增加护士间的接触面、增进相互的信任,建立护理预案库,搭建网络知识管理平台等方法促使隐性护理知识在临床护理工作中的共享。结果护士理论知识、操作技能、患者满意度均有明显提高。结论通过上述方法可以促使隐性护理知识在临床工作中得到共享,提高护理质量,增加患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the sharing methods of recessive nursing knowledge in clinical nursing. Methods The recessive nursing knowledge in clinical nursing was displayed by means of socialization, externalization, combination, internalization. The sharing mechanism was established in the departments, which promoted the sharing by organizing activities to construct the communication among nurses to enhance mutual trust, establishing bank of nursing pre-projects, constructing a platform of network knowledge management. Results There were evident improvements in theoretical knowledge, manipulating skills of nurses and satisfaction of patients. Conclusion The methods may promote the sharing of recessive nursing knowledge in clinical nursing, increase nursing quality and improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
