摘要
以春小麦品种Seri82和Siete Cerros双亲及其17个重组近交系为试材,利用大棚升温处理(模拟灌浆期的高温胁迫环境)和第2播期(模拟全生育期的高温胁迫环境)2个高温环境条件,研究了高温胁迫对小麦籽粒品质的影响。结果表明,高温胁迫提高蛋白质和湿面筋含量;小麦籽粒灌浆后期高温胁迫提高多数基因型的淀粉粘度参数,而全生育期高温胁迫降低这些参数;灌浆期高温胁迫对糊化温度影响较小,全生育期高温胁迫提高糊化温度。
Recombinant inbred lines (RIL) derived from spring wheat hybrid between Seri88 and Siete Cerros were used to investigate effect of heat stress on quality in wheat under the both stress environments of second sowing date and heat treatment with plastic shelter. The results indicated that high temperature stress increased flour protein and gluten content; high temperature stress during grain filling stage increased starch viscosity traits, but the environments of late sowing and heat treatment with plastic sheherhigh reduced those traints; high temperature stress during grain filling stage had little effect on pasting temperature, high temperature stress of whole growth period increased seed pasting temperature.
