摘要
[目的]研究小叶锦鸡儿的挥发油成分.[方法]应用超临界二氧化碳萃取技术提取小叶锦鸡儿挥发油成分,采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术测定各成分相对含量.[结果]从小叶锦鸡儿挥发油中分离得到45种化合物,并鉴定了其中10种的主要成分.
OBJECTIVE To study the naphtha constituents of the Caragana microphylla Lam METHODS The naphtha constituents were extracted by the CO2 supercritical fluids extraction, and analyzed by GC-MS. RESULTS 45 compounds were isolated from the naphtha, and 10 compounds were analyzed among them.
