摘要
[目的]探讨刺五加对他克林所致小鼠急性肝组织损伤的保护作用.[方法]灌胃给予35mg/kg他克林制作小鼠急性肝组织损伤模型,每日分别灌胃给予小鼠不同剂量的刺五加总皂苷及粗多糖,连续4d,观察小鼠血清中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)活性的变化.[结果]不同剂量的刺五加总皂苷及粗多糖均可降低急性肝组织损伤小鼠血清AST,ALT,ALP,TNF-α活性,与水飞蓟素比较无显著性差别.[结论]刺五加对他克林所致小鼠急性肝组织损伤有一定的保护作用.
OBJECTIVE To observe the protective effects of Acanthopanax senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim ) Harms on acute hepatic injury induced by tacrine. METHODS The models of acute hepatic injury were made by tactine irritating the stomach on mice with the dose of 35 mg/kg. Different dose of total saponin and Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide were given to levery groups on 4 days. Then the change of the levels of serum AST, ALT, ALP and TNF-α of levery groups were observed. RESULTS The different dose of total saponin and Acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharide both could decrease the levels of serum AST, ALT, ALP and TNF-α of the acute hepatic injury on mice. The protective effects of liver injury was identical to that of silymatin. CONCLUSION Acanthopanax senticosus( Rupr. et Maxim ) Harms has protective effects on hepatic injury induced by tacrine
