摘要
[背景]观察垂体腺瘤的手术治疗效果.[病例报告]回顾性分析经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微手术治疗的23例垂体腺瘤病人资料,其中肿瘤全切除者为21例,次全切除者为2例.[讨论]经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微手术是治疗垂体腺瘤有效且安全的手术方法.
BACKGROUND To explore the curative effects of surgery on pituitary adenoma. CASE REPORTS The clinical data of 23 cases of pituitary adenoma were analyzed. Among 23 cases, 21 cases were totally resected, and 2 were subtotally. DISCUSSION The endonasal transsphennoidal microsurgery is a effective method on treating pituisary adenoma.
