抽水蓄能电站事故备用时的节能环保效益分析计算 被引量:6

摘要 抽水蓄能电站在系统中的效益一般分为静态效益和动态效益,那种简单地将其静态效益理解为在电网中的节能作用,而将动态效益理解为在电网中的调节保安作用,从而将抽水蓄能电站在系统中的2种效益截然分割开来的认识影响了抽水蓄能电站的发展。通过分析抽水蓄能电站的动态效益,采用“有无对比”分析的方法,建立了抽水蓄能电站在事故备用时的节能、环保、固定投资及运行费用节省的计算模型,并以山东电网为例进行了具体案例计算。案例计算表明,抽水蓄能电站在发挥动态效益时,也具有相当可观的节能环保及投资和运行成本节省的效益。 The benefits of pumped-storage station in power system are usually classified into static benefits and dynamic benefits. But the absolute splitting can lead to a misunderstanding that the static function or dynamic function performed individually, which further affected the development of pumped-storage station in China. Based on the analysis of dynamic benefit of pumped-storage station, the method of contract between applying it or not was used to establish the calculation model of economic, environmental, investment benefit and operation cost saving for the pumped-storage station performed as emergency auxiliary power. The benefit of Shandong Grid was calculated as a case. The case study shows that the pumped-storage station has considerable energy saving, environmental benefit, investment and operation cost benefit when pumped-storage station performed dynamic function.
