摘要
大型煤气化技术是整体煤气化联合循环发电(IGCC)和煤基多联产系统的核心技术。西安热工研究院有限公司在10多年研究开发的基础上,依靠国家863计划的资助,主持建成了36~40t/d(10MW)的两段式干煤粉加压气流床气化中试装置,并且完成了中试试验研究。结果表明该气化技术具有冷煤气效率高、比氧耗小、煤气有效气成分高等优点,证明了两段式干煤粉气化技术具有良好的煤种适应性、先进的气化指标以及安全稳定的运行性能,为该项技术的大规模工业化发展奠定了坚实的基础。
Large-scale gasification is the key technology for the IGCC and coal-based polygeneration system. Based on more than ten years of R&D experiences, sponsored by the National(863) Plan, Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute Co., Ltd., has built the pilot-scale research equipment of 36-40 t/d( 10 MW)two-stage dry feed entrained flow gasifier, on which the pilot-scale researches were performed. The results show that the gasification technology is of high efficient cold gas, low oxygen consumption and more effective syngas content. It shows good coal adaptability, advanced gasification indicators, safe and stable operation performance, laying a solid foundation for the large-scale industrial development of this technology.
