摘要
哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司研制、投运的国内首台600MW直接空冷汽轮机安装在大同第二发电厂。该机组在研制过程中,解决了大型空冷机组末级叶片、新型轴承箱落地式低压缸、大刚度轴承箱、末级动叶表面复合镀膜、低压缸喷水系统、背压保护限制曲线等多项空冷关键技术。在加工制造过程中,为保证设备质量采用了多种先进的工艺方法和先进的检测手段。该机组首次冲转和首次并网均一次完成,并一次通过168h试运。实践证明,机组启动稳定、快速,在夏季高背压下,运行稳定、安全满发。经性能实验测定,机组总体性能优于设计值。
The first direct dry cooled 600 MW steam turbine in China manufactured and operated by Harbin Turbine Co., Ltd., (HTC) was installed in Datong Second Power Plant. During the R&D process, a series of dry-cooling key technologies were solved, such as last-stage blade for large dry cooled steam turbine; new type of LP cylinder separated with bearing housing; bearing housing with high rigidity; ion plating deposition of muhiplayer films for LSB; water spray system of LP cylinder and limit curve for back pressure. In manufacturing, several advanced technologies and inspection methods were used to ensure the quality of equipment. The first roiling and synchronization of this unit succeed for one time and experienced 168-hour commissioning. Practices prove that this steam turbine is of stable and rapid start-up; it is in stable and safe operation with full load and high back pressure in summer. The performance test shows that the overall performance exceeds the designed value.
