摘要 传统的机组小指标竞赛仅对主要运行参数进行考核,大多采用手工计算方式,考核不全面、工作量大、人为因素也较多。基于PI实时、历史数据库,开发了厂级监控信息系统(SIS)绩效管理考核子系统,从机组的煤耗因子、能损因子和综合指标等方面对发电企业各班、值运行状况进行全面考核,使机组运行的经济性和安全性考核更全面、公平、合理并易于操作。SIS绩效管理考核子系统可根据月报表各班、值的得分和奖金总额及最大奖金差额计算出各值的奖金,已在电厂节能降耗和提高运行管理水平上发挥了重要作用。 The traditional minor indexes contest for power units only assesses the primary operating parameters by means of manual calculations with less comprehensive, heavy workload and more artificial factors. Based on PI real-time and historical database the Performance Management System subsystem of SIS was developed to assess the operation performance of each group and shift in terms of coal consumption factor, energy consumption factor and other comprehensive indexes. As a result, the economy and safety assessment for unit operation becomes more comprehensive, fair, reasonable and easier. The SIS Performance Management System calculates the bonus of all groups and shifts in accordance with the monthly report forms, the marks for each, the total of bonus, and the maximal bonus difference. This system has played an important role in the energy conservation and operation management in power plants.
