摘要
针对普通可见光火焰检测容易“偷看”火焰的问题,介绍LY2000图像火焰检测系统的工作原理及其在张家口发电厂的应用。LY2000图像火检采用了新型的火焰检测技术,该系统采用数字化的图像识别技术,根据煤粉和亮度双重标准判断火焰信号的有无,使火焰检测更加直观、准确。运行人员能够通过CRT直接观察到各个燃烧器的煤粉燃烧情况,可及时调整锅炉风量,达到经济燃烧。经不断优化和改进,LY2000图像火检系统取得了良好的应用效果。
In view of the problem that the general visible light flame detection is liable to keek, the principle and application of LY2000 image flame-detect system in Zhangjiakou Power Plant was introduced. LY2000 image flame-detect system utilizes new-type flame detection technology, the digital image identification technology. The flame signal can be judged according to both coal powder and lightness, which makes it visible and accurate to detect the flame. The combustion condition for each burner can be observed through CRT, so as to adjust air input to achieve economy of combustion. LY2000 image flame-detect system has been in good application with the process of optimization and improvement.
