摘要
利用生长激素处理鹅掌柴(Scheffera octophlla(Lour).Harins)的插条,进行扦插生根的试验,研究了不同浓度生长激素在不同时间处理下对鹅掌柴枝条扦插生根的影响.生长激素浓度分别为1:200,1∶1000,1∶2000;处理时间分别为∶2小时,4小时,6小时.结果表明,最利于鹅掌柴扦插生根的组合为:时间4小时;浓度1∶1000.
The cutting of Schefflera octophylla was treated by somatotropic hormone and carrying on experiment which the cuttage takes root. It researches that the infuence of different density somatotropic hormone under different time processing, which takes roots to the schefflera octophylla branch cuttaging. The somatotropic hormone density respectively is 1 : 200 、1 : 1000 、 1 : 2000. The process time respectively is 2 hours、4hours、6hours. The results showed that the most favor combination which cuttaging and taking roots of the schefflera octophylla is that time is 4 hours and the density is 1:1000.
