摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对不同品种向日葵材料进行酯酶同工酶分析.结果发现各品种在酶谱上有丰富的表达,并呈现很强的特异性,且在多个位点上出现稳定一致的基本酶带,供试材料共出现48条酶带,其数量在品种间差异显著,其中最多者出现7条,最少3条.其中一部分品种酶带位点相似,但酶带的染色深浅不同形成了各个品种特有的酶谱,又进一步采用dps数据处理系统进行聚类分析,表明品种间按亲缘关系可分为五类:津引1号、津引7号、津引8号、津引9号、津引10号聚为一大类,津引2号、津引5号聚为一类,津引3号,津引4号,津引6号均为单独一类.
Esterase Isozymes of the different varieties of sunflower is analysised by polyacrylamide electrophoresis. The results showed that there are a rich expression and strong specificity in painted enzyme. And there is stability consistent with the basic enzyme in many alleles, it appeares 48 enzyme for total experiment material, the number is significant in differences variety, the largest number is 7, the least is 3. Some enzyme type of varieties appeared similar alleles , but there are specific enzyme in type various types by different degree of staining, we use dps Data processing systems clustering analysis, the results shows that among species can be divided into five categories by relatives . Jinyin 1st, Jinyin 7th, Jinyin 8th, Jinyin 9th, Jinyin 10th were gathered a large group. Jinyin 2nd, Jinyin 5th were gathered a category. Jinyin 3rd, Jinyin 4th, Jinyin 6th are separate category.
