内蒙古民族大学152名教师血脂检测结果分析

Analysis on the Determination Results of Blood-lipid of 152 Teachers in Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities

目的:了解教师血脂水平,通过健康教育改变不良生活方式,预防心脑血管疾病.方法:对152例教职工进行血脂检测;胆固醇和甘油三酯分别采用酶法测定.结果:高血脂检出率较高,60岁以前血TC(总胆固醇)和TG(甘油三酯)异常检出率随着年龄的增高而增高,且50岁前男性异常检出率高于女性,50岁以上的女性TC和TG异常率高于同年龄组的男性.结论:预防和控制高血脂,对不同性别进行针对性的健康指导和有效干预,合理饮食、加强体育锻炼,减少心血管疾病的发生.

Objective：To survey teachers＇ blood- lipid levels and change the unhealthy life styles through health education to prevent cardiovascular diseases. Methods： 152 teachers＇ blood samples were collected in the morning to detect the level of total cholesterol （TC） and triglycerde（TG）, with the method of CHOD - PAP and GPO-PAP. Results：The detectable rate of abnormal blood - fat is fairly high. It was concluded that the level of TC and TG in serum of the teachers who is younger than 60 increased with the increase of their ages. Under 50, the detectable rate of abnormal blood TC of men is higher than that of women, but over 50, the rate of abnormal blood TC and TG of women is higher than that of men. Conclusion：Preventing and controlling high blood - lipid is essential. Different health directions are directed against different sexes. Food and drink is reasonable. Physical training should be strengthend. All are helpful to decrease the ocurrence of cardiovascalar diseases.
