功能性胃排空障碍13例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 13 Cases of Functional Delayed Gastric Emptying

目的：提高功能性胃排空障碍（FDGE）的正确诊断及治疗效果．方法：对13例腹部手术后所致的FDGE的临床资料进行了回顾性分析．结果：13例均经非手术治疗10～45天的恢复胃动力而痊愈，无1例再手术．结论：对FDGE避免盲目再次手术，应坚持非手术治疗，多数患者3～5周内恢复．

Objective： To improve diagnosis and treatment for functional delayed gastric emptying （FDGE）. Methods： 13 eases of FDGE induced by abdominal operation were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All patients were treated with non - operative treatment and their gastric power returned to normal after 10-45 days. No patient underwent operation. Conclusion： It is not necessary to treat FDGE with operation. Most patients will recover within 3-- 5 weeks.
