摘要
以山东某集团公司硫酸铝废渣为主要原料制备白炭黑,研究了渣粉粒度、煅烧温度、酸浸温度、酸浸时间、酸的用量等因素对产品性能的影响,确定了制备白炭黑的最佳工艺条件。X衍射分析表明所制备的白炭黑为非晶态,产品达到了白炭黑国家标准,可用作橡胶和塑料的补强填充剂等。
White carbon black was prepared using aluminum sulfate dregs. The effects of the size of the residue powder, the calcining temperature, the leching temperature and time, the concentration of acid liquor, and the dosage of hydrochloric acid on the properties of the product were explored. Then the optimum conditions of the preparation technology of white carbon black using aluminum sulfate dregs was obtained. XRD analysis shows that the product was amorphous, and can be used as filler to reinforce rubber and plastics.
