模糊综合评判在西部区域规划中的应用

随着经济的发展,西部地区发展不平衡的现象愈发严重。同时盲目发展、产业结构不合理、缺乏总体规划的问题也暴露出来。因此要得到长期高速的发展,就必须进行一些必要的区域规划分析,制定一些必要的区域规划方案。本文从模糊综合评判的角度出发,建立一套适用于西部地区的综合指标评价体系。并以西部地区某一中型城市为例,做出具有针对性的综合指标评价方案。应用综合指标模型对城市各区域的发展状况做出评判,通过聚类分析定出各区域的等级情况,并结合二者对该区域做出总体规划。

With development of the economy the phenomenon of disparate development in western region is graver. Meanwhile the problem of irrational industrial structure and lack of overall planning have exposed. In order to realize long-term and high-speed development, it is necessary to conduct the necessary analysis of regional planning, and enact the necessary regional plan. The article starts from fuzzy synthetic judgment, take a medium-sized western region city as example, to make a comprehensive index evalation plan. Then making a master plan for area by the fact that through clustering analysis the grade conditions is determined.
