摘要
从文化学角度探讨、分析影响广西少数民族女性人才成长的原因,认为培养民族女性人才,不仅要加强学校和社会教育,还要进行文化学方面的整合。
After analyzing the negative impact on the development of minority female talent in Guangxi from the cultural perspective, the author points out that besides school and social education, cultural factors also play an important part in fostering minority female talents.
