高校培养创新人才是时代所趋,具体来说是人力资本增值、解决知识增长的无限性与学习时间的有限性这一矛盾、建树“学会学习”这一教育支柱的必然要求。当前大学生创新能力的缺失主要是因为评价环境欠宽松、教师素养欠完善、培养模式较单一。高校应进一步加强创新人才的培养,做到评价机制人文化、教师素养完善化、培养模式多样化。

Cultivating creative personnel in universities is an inevitable trend of economic times. The key issue is to solve the contradiction of unlimited growth of knowledge and learning in the limited time. Students＇ creative ability in some universities is deficient because of tense evaluation environment, teachers＇ poor quality and monotonous teaching patterns. To solve the above problems is urgent.
