教学管理是高校管理的中心工作,教学管理工作的好坏直接影响教学质量的提高。随着高教大众化时代的到来,许多高校的教学管理工作与现实需要存在一定的差距。要从教学管理观念、学分制、教学质量监控、考试管理几个方面入手,努力改善、提高教学质量。

Teaching management, being key work in the university management, plays a fundamental role in the education quality of universities. However, there is some gap between the requirement in reality and the current management. To tackle this problem, the administrators should pay attention to factors such as change of concepts, credit system and quality control.
