法律语言学是研究法律语言的科学,作为一门新兴学科近年来受到了较多学者的关注。本文梳理俄语中的法律术语,分析俄语法律术语的特点、来源、分类以及翻译法律术语时应注意的事项,认为随着中俄法律交流的日益频繁,研究俄语法律术语对语言学和法学理论都具有一定的意义。

Legal linguistics is the science concerning the legal language, which is a new and developing subject paid close attention by many scholars in recent years. This article inquires the legal terminologies in Russian, analyzing their characteristics, sources, typology and the tips that should be paid special attention in translation them into other languages. The article claims that, with the increasingly frequent Sino- Russia legal exchange, it has significant value on linguistics and legal theory to carry out research on legal terminologies in Russian.
