摘要
语言测试对外语教学的反拨作用一直是应用语言学家和外语教师研究和探讨的课题。本文首先介绍了语言测试反拨作用理论及其基本模式,并以此为依据分析了四、六级测试(College English Test)(CET)对大学英语教学带来的正面和负面反拨作用,同时提出促进测试正面反拨作用的建议。
Washback effect of language testing on foreign language teaching and learning has always been a topic for discussion by applied linguists and foreign language teachers. The article first introduces the theory of washback effect in language testing and its basic model, on the basis of which, both negative and positive washback effect of CET on foreign language teaching and learning is analyzed. Relevant suggestions are made as to how to facilitate positive effect on the present college English test.
