摘要
本文分析了HDTV地面广播传输中存在的“峭壁”效应,探讨了用多分辨率网格编码调制解决这一问题的途径,并针对当前国际上出现的VSB和COFDM这两大类HDTV地面广播传输方案分别给出了一个具体的多分辨率编码调制设计方案.
In this paper the 'cliff-effect' in terrestrial broadcast transmission of digital HDTV is analysed and an approach to the 'cliff-effect' which is based on multiresolution trel-lis-coded modulation is discussed. Two feasible schemes of multirestlution trellis-coded modulation are presented for the VSB and COFDM respectively which are the two classes of scheme for terrestrial broadcast transmission of digital HDTV in the world of to-day.
